Iām Erin Thorlakson, Chiropractor
I entered the field of chiropractic driven by my passion for animal chiropractic, a love that extends to working with humans as well. My personal journey with chiropractic care began when chronic sinus infections plagued my childhood. The transformative experience of my first adjustment not only alleviated my sinus issues but also brought relief to my neck, allowing my lymph nodes to drain effectively.
As a child, my dream was to become a veterinarian due to my deep affection for animals. However, I realized that the emotional attachment I developed would make it challenging to handle end-of-life decisions for our beloved pets. Choosing chiropractic care allowed me to pursue my passion for improving the quality of life, whether it's aiding older arthritic dogs, addressing acute injuries, or maintaining a healthy nervous system to enhance overall well-being. This career path enables me to make a positive impact on both humans and animals, fulfilling my desire to contribute to optimal health and vitality.
